Based in New York, Stephanie oversees the Schwartz Center’s training programs and educational initiatives, including all aspects of the Schwartz Rounds® program. She supports our Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA) partnership and members. Stephanie also teaches in the Program in Narrative Medicine at Columbia University, and has led narrative medicine workshops for healthcare professionals, students, and patients at many healthcare organizations.

Based in Massachusetts, Casey supports members in the eastern U.S. and Canada on their Schwartz Center programs. Casey comes to the Schwartz Center with a background in education, training and organizational leadership. She has over a decade of experience partnering with care providers and leadership to improve the patient and employee experience.

Based in southern California, Leah comes to the Schwartz Center with a background in medical social work and program development. Previously, she worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Nationwide Children’s Hospital and UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital/MacDonald Women’s Hospital. Leah is committed to supporting the well-being of healthcare providers and is deeply aligned with the Schwartz Center’s mission to keep compassion at the heart of healthcare.

Based in northern California, Kathy supports members in the western and midwestern U.S., Australia and New Zealand on their Schwartz Center programs. Kathy comes to the Schwartz Center with a long background in nursing and decades of experience partnering with organizations to positively impact the patient experience.
