Our Facilitation Workshops are designed to help Schwartz Rounds program leaders refine key facilitation skills through observation and participation. Members work in small groups to role play scenarios and learn methods of handling complex or delicate situations.

Facilitation Workshops are open exclusively to Schwartz Rounds leaders (Physician/Clinician Leader, Facilitator, Program Coordinator) and planning committee members from our member organizations.
