The Schwartz Center for Compassionate Healthcare annually honors extraordinary healthcare professionals with the National Compassionate Caregiver of the Year (NCCY)® Award, which recognizes caregivers who exemplify characteristics of collaborative, compassionate care. An individual or team of healthcare professionals who work directly with patients in any U.S. healthcare setting are eligible for this prestigious national award.
To nominate an individual or team, please choose the respective form below to complete. You will have an opportunity to save your work and return to it at a later time before you submit.
We will notify all nominees of their nomination and will ask them to submit additional materials to be considered for the NCCY Award. Please note that nominations are not anonymous and the nominee will be notified of the nominator’s name.
