What time does the event begin?
The program will begin at 7:00 p.m. EST.
Optional networking rooms will be available at 6:40 p.m. EST, for the 20 minutes prior to the program. Registration is now closed, but if you have any questions, please contact events@tsc.launchpaddev.com. If you didn’t get the registration info, please check your email spam filters. How will I join the event?
The day of the event, you will receive a message to the email address you’ve provided containing a link and personal log-in instructions. The evening of the event, you will simply click the link and provide your information when prompted. If you didn’t get the registration info, please check your email spam filters. What device should I use for logging in?
Please use a desktop computer or laptop. Your internet connection should be as strong as possible. You need to restart your computer prior to logging in and close other apps and programs to ensure the best speed. You should limit the number of other devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) that are also connected to your wi-fi.
Do I need any special software for the event?
The dinner will take place over Zoom. Download the latest version of Zoom to your device prior to the event. If you already have Zoom downloaded, you need to make sure it has been upgraded to the newest version.
You need to log in with the same email address that you used to register for the event.
Will people see me during the event?
If you choose to join the networking portion of the evening at 6:40 p.m. EST, others will be able to see you when you turn on your camera.
Once the program begins at 7:00 p.m. EST, you will be in view-only mode for the entire speaking program; others will not see you.

If I’m tuning in with my household, how many devices will we need?
Please use one device per household. If you must use multiple devices in the same home, we recommend logging on from different rooms to avoid overlapping microphones.
How do I make a gift?
You can visit giving.theschwartzcenter.org during the dinner and select “Honor Your Caregiver / Schwartz Center Dinner” from the dropdown menu. You can choose to honor a special caregiver in your life or all caregivers who have made a difference during this difficult time.

How can I see the chat feature?
What is the Health and Wellness Drawing and how do I buy a ticket?
Tickets are $100 each. Text WELLNESS2020 to 41444 or go to giving.theschwartzcenter.org to purchase your tickets (select Health and Wellness Drawing Tickets from the dropdown menu). Winners will be randomly selected on 12/4. Winners have the opportunity to either keep their package or donate it to a healthcare worker in honor of their commitment, resilience and compassion in the face of this public health crisis. If I'm in a breakout room or in the program and have a tech issue, what should I do?
