Stanzler Open Doors Fund
The Stanzler Open Doors Fund was created to advance the mission of the Schwartz Center by creating access to the Schwartz RoundsĀ® program for financially constrained healthcare organizations serving under-resourced and/or marginalized communities in the U.S.
The Schwartz Rounds program offers a range of benefits, including improved healthcare workforce well-being, enhanced care team communication and teamwork, increased compassion and empathy for patients, and improved patient and staff satisfaction. These improvements strengthen organizational culture and boost financial stability. Schwartz Center staff provide training, onboarding, program support, resources and materials for the initial three years, with an opportunity to reapply every two years thereafter.
